I would say:

 

#39: 8.0, would be higher but a couple corners are a little rough

 

#40: 7.5, very similar to the #39, but this one has discoloration along bottom right edge of front cover

 

#50: 7.5, the bottom corner (at the spine) is the greatest defect

 

All in all, VERY nice copies! They share the many of the same traits (like the slight overhang across the top edge, slight wear at ULFC, etc.) --- were they from the same original owner (you, maybe)?

I agree with the group all three boks are very nice and should grade at or around 8.0 - 8.5 I do not think you would go higher than 8.5. Nice books (thumbs u
