condition hs good inside. great pages and complete. only thing wrong is that it was once owned by the hayward public library. it has been wrapped like other books by the library in a plastic cover wrap. still great condition.

 

imagine Marvel 1 more valuable than Action 1 and MPFW 1 in 3rd! Detective comics 27 under whiz 1!

condition is pretty nice. i don't know how to grade them :shrug:

 

if i was a comic i would give it a vg or so. complete and good page quality. i few marks with pen. nothing serious.

 

it is a good reference piece. when collecting was still at it's infancy. imagine an action 1 in "mint" for $14k
