Because ther are many scum bags out there to make easy CASH!

There is one Ebayer from Germany who was a perfect seller and had thousands of feedbacks. This seller sold diamonds, gold ect...

Turns out he skipped of with over $20,000 grand in fraud. Oh yes he did send the items regestered, but the items were all worth nothing!
