the practice of asking for GPA prices has become frowned upon by most here. if you're even a semi-regular slabber, the service pays for itself many times over.

Nice to see the attitude changing. The quick responses to these requests have always bothered me. GPA is an incredible resource to the hobby and they depend on subscription fees to survive.

I don't have their survice but I do keep track of sales to buyers with a feedback of 10 or higher for Amazing Spider-man CGC comics on ebay. The highest for your ASM 129 I have seen was back in March when it went for $244.00

Thx for all the info guys. I didn't realize it was frowned upon, I'd seen other posts asking prices. I'm selling off my entire collection and these are probably the only 3 books I'll ever have slabbed. That's why I didn't sign up for the service.

There really was no uprising. It's just that it bugs a lot of people. The service that GPA offers is really worth what they charge, IMHO. If it's done once or 5 times, it's still cheating GPA out of revenue. If you're going to do it, do it in PM.
