Why shipping charges based on tier ?

Hi, sorry if this has already been asked earlier.

 

I just joined the collector's society and want to send a few books based on 3 tiers namely reholder, express and economy fast track. I noted that there were 3 different shipping charges based on the different tiers.

 

Could I know why they are charged separately ? Arent the books shipped back together in one package to minimise shipping costs ?

CGC carries insurance on all books once they are submitted and until they are shipped out. Therefore it is our policy to ship out each submission once it is complete so as to not incur additional insurance costs on books.
