What is the value as the condition gets better? It is so hard to tell what high grade books will get since they don't ever go by guide. Crazy...

How about a Batman 171 Double Cover. (Inner cover would be only a F+). Let's say if 2 Double Cover collectors really wanted this one on e-bay?

I paid a little more than guide, which is more than they sell on ebay...but I think it wasn't unreasonable. PCE has one in 9.4 that he wants over 10k for !!

If I'm remembering correctly, Metropolis had a 9.2 earlier in the year for 1K.
