I used to do this at work, I came first 2 years running.

15 minutes of team maintenance every week isn't too much to ask, surely!

 

i may do it yet but after last year many teams are dropping form players because of squad rotation was really annoying, and then when they bring them on for the last minute and screw you out of substitute points :mad:
