Comiccollectors.net catalog still has a Cap #113 NM+ for sale. It's another Boston copy, but better centered and with white pages. I don't follow Cap prices, but 495 sounds better than previously mentioned.

 

You might want to call and see if he'd accept an offer. Being in a cgc holder, it's likley on consignment and he may have some wiggle room. Just a thought.
