Northford Pedigree?

Anyone have any info on this pedigree or know of somewhere online that does? I've seen some nice books on CGC's gallery with this pedigree on the label but was curious about it's origin and what kind of books it consists of.

I can't remember where I heard this, but from what I recall Northford was sold to Metropolis and consisted of either a complete or near-complete set of Golden Age horror titles, all in extremely high grade. I don't remember much more than that other than I think horror was the only genre present in the collection.
