Submitting Through a Local dealer

This is a determination that can be made between yourself and the dealer. Some dealers prefer to handle the books while others prefer to just distribute the forms to their customers and allow the customers to submit them at their leisure. If you prefer to pack your own books it is definitely something you can request.
