How can it be a restored 1.0? Shouldnt ink on the cover (color touch) be acceptable in a 1.0 book? I think a note on the label would suffice rather than giving the poor thing a PLOD.

i thought i read somewhere that the PLOD supercedes a green qualified label. so in essence it may have been a qualified 7 or 8 or whatever but the color touch gave it a PLOD and the missing MVS makes it an incomplete book rather than qualified. of course i could be wrong
