2 questions.

 

Is Motion Picture Funnies Weekly #1 considered a Timely?

 

And how many pages was the Sub Mariner story?

 

Too bad he wasn't on the cover.

 

Oh and bonus questions,

 

Did subby have his wings in MPF?

If not which comic did he have them first? (Interior)

I took a pic of this a month ago. NYC typically gets all the love, but it is cool to see local spots in a Timely. Can anyone name the book this panel comes from?

I don't know my interiors well. But I'm guessing by the water that it's an Everett.

I'd say a pre-enlisted Everett panel?

 

Cool find and pics Prime! I like stuff like this. I should get some Timely reprints.

Removed from a bound volume but the cover is in pretty darn nice shape so this could make for an interesting resto project.
