Looks like it had restore work done to me. Probably trimmed and pressed. I am staying clear.

The note would probably read something like "2/5 cover trimmed, 5/5 interior and back cover trimmed."

The piece of the front cover only is in a NG slab. It's obvious that the right edge and top have been cut/trimmed with scissors.
