Action 23,MMC 2, 8, 92 Superman 15, and more

In my quest for action 23's, I was able to purchase this little ditty...

 

restoration includes: a little color touch, a few small tear seals, a few very small pieces added at extremeties/corners (nothing major), the cover and interior have been cleaned (this is an "old timers" restored book, back when cleaning and deacidifying was "good") ...cover has internal and external reinforcement... overall, extensive, but the non "franken" book kind of extensive professional

 

because pgs have been cleaned, they are a super supple and strong ow/w...

 

front cover appears vf/nm, back cover has light sub crease (you can see it in the black O of Offer on the back, it is there, though the scan doesn't reveal it all that much), so back cover is in the vg/fn apparent range...so, maybe an apparent vg/fn to vf/nm overall (hows that for an assigned grade)...

 

looks great in hand, but it is restored!

with a 6.5 blue selling for $8K, figure an unrestored 8.0 would go for $12K, I will ask 25% of that FMV for this restored copy (that is $3000 to all the non Gator Grads! )

 

all payments accepted, 3% cash discount (versus CC or paypal)... shipping is $20 via insured 2 day fedex...overseas shipping a bit more, of course...

 

first either in thread or pm gets it...might consider offers, but will keep if it doesn't sell...I like restored copies that look this good!

in any event, book looks the same and has white pages, though noted as ow/white this time:
