This MD seller has some nice ASM and X-men (including a mid grade X-men 1)slabbed books up - he packs VERY well and is a pretty decent guy to deal with. I got his newsletter this morning and I think some of you guys were looking for ASMs pre 100 in CGC 9.4 and up...Gman, I forget if this was one of your wanteds ASMs... good luck

The first issue of The X-Men published September 1963 featuring the first appearances in print of Cyclops, Marvel Girl (Jean Gray), Beast, Iceman, Angel, Professor Xavier, and the X-Men's oldest and deadliest enemy, Magneto! Presently at $1175.00, this issue was valued at $1737 in the 2003 Overstreet and will only increase in value for the years to come. You won't find too many 9.6s of Silver Age Spider-Man books on the market and this one has white pages to boot! Presently at $338.33, this book has carried an average realized price of $400 at online auctions. This auction closes 1/13/04.

AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 64 CGC 9.4, NO RESERVE! Interior pages are white. We placed this copy up for auction to end the day after the above mention issue graded 9.6. We felt it would be nice to give collectors a second chance if they missed out on the previous auction, or if they wanted a high grade copy of this issue but weren't quite prepared to pay the price of a NM+ book. This book is just as nice but not nearly the financial committment, realizing on average about $250 over the last 2 years. This auction closes 1/14/04.
