Sherwood Collection

Does anyone have any information on the Sherwood Collection? I've read many articles on the larger collections, but Sherwood never appears. I purchased this book in a Philip Weiss auction many years ago that's a Sherwood. In the same auction, there were several other books from the same collection.

Coincidentally, I just saw a Sherwood book for sale somewhere recently... That was the first time I'd heard of it.

I heard about it awhile back on the eBay chat boards. I did notice that there were a few CGC books with it noted on it. While talking with Steve a few months ago, he confirmed that they made a mistake denoting those books with a "pedigree" status on their label. I am not familar with the history of the collection.

Wow, that Batman is sweet! I wish "Sherwood" had treated my Eerie as well as he treated that one!
