Broken holders

It seems lately that books are being returned with some damage to the holders. Are you using a different type of glass holder, or are the couriers playing a little basketball with the packages? Just wondering.

We have not changed the materials in our holders for quite a while. We have seen that certain package delivery people like Fedex, UPS and USPS, are not very careful. Also, the fragile nature of the plastic makes any mishandling evident. We do suggest that you file a claim whenever appropriate, especially if the exterior packaging is damaged.

If the corners are intact and sealed, but the sides seams have "play" is the book still considered sealed and certified?
