Help with Sad Sack Comics??

Hey guys/girls. Im the brother with no knowledge of comics. I just got a collection in. About 70 boxes.

 

There are these really nice Sad Sack comics. Some of them (#2) say complimentary copy on them. Is this a reprint?? They say 1956 or 1957 inside in roman numerals I believe.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,

So when I look them up on GPAnalysis, and it says Sad Sack comics number 2, is that the price for the complimentary copy as well?? Sorry for all the questions,

They do show "Sad Sack" #28 with a photo and the "complimentary copy" on it.

It was from some time in the 1960's that was a reprint of #28.

Don't know if that is what you have or not.

I have #2, 16, and 24. Very nice shape i think. These 3 particular books say complimentary copy on it. All the others dont say it. Problem is I dont have a #2, 16, and 24 that dont say complimentary copy. All the other issues I have dont say complimentary copy on them.

I don't have access to GPAnalysis. Sad Sack and the Sad Sack complementary comics are not the same books. The complementary comics are listed in the promotional section of Overstreet. The original series is from 1949.

Thank you for the info. Its much appreciated. Now i just need to know what to price all these books at. They are really, really nice. We keep finding really nice condition stuff as we are going through these boxes.
