Ok here's the deal I have caps 109 9.6 110 9.4 111 9.4 113 9.4 117 9.4 and 122 9.6 I would sell them to get N Adams GL's, I would want the drug issues, 76 and 87 . Adams is my favorite artist and I love those GL's but I also love the caps. I can't afford to have both since my true love is bats and I would never sell those.

Sell the Caps right before the Captain America movie to maximize profit, use that money to buy the highest grade Adams you can then afford. That`s what I do but you got to have patience as the Cap movie is at least a year away.

Right now? Cap baby! GL is way ON radar and selling for a bit more than I would pay, and Cap 9.0s look nice to me. Also I think the cover of GL 76 sucksit hard through a coffee stray..

Thanks Sean, you grouchy old-fart. That cover stinks, I hate the colors. The Cap run is cool for the first 20 issues or so, and the Steranko covers rule.

 

However the Speedy bootin' dope cover is cool. The airplane jeebus cover also stinks.

 

And I will pass on the groin punch, and advise you go fist yourself.

Both are cool. My personal preference would be GL #76 - #89 because I am an Adams fan boy freak, and these are arguably his BEST work period. Steranko is great, but like Amadeus mentions, the GL stories and art are generally accepted as superior by most who have read both runs. Both series will also have price run-ups as the movies get closer.

As long as you have an Avengers 4 then I would go for the GL run.
