On a roll! Nice copy...your a collector after my own heart. I love me some low grade keys.

Yeah the low grades are all I can afford, so I decided to make it a game this year and search out CGC 1.0's with OW or better pages for all the significant silver-age first appearance keys. I already have a Showcase #22 and Brave and the Bold #28 1.0. I also bought a 05-1.0 AF #15 two weeks ago but that's actually going to get restored in March.

I just posted this in the 50 year anniversary thread, so why not here??

Bought by me off-the-shelf along with AF 15 on the same day back in june 1962;

I'm with you...I buy what I can afford now and I could always upgrade down the road if the option presented itself. To me, owning a presentable copy is important first.

I'd love to see a scan of your AF 15 1.0. I'm in the market for one myself.

Back cover has a few issues.

There may be a few issues with that back cover, but you must have the Best Looking 5.5 in existence... (worship)

Like I've said many times, if there's gonna be problems, let them be on the BC... :sumo:
