Why?

 

The mods do not get involved in the sales forum area unless something is extremely off and can impact the harmony of the forum overall (e.g. CAPFreak).

 

The seller knew what he was doing, and only has regrets because he was caught. End of story!

 

To leave him roaming on here puts unknowing new buyers at risk until they get to know more about the forum, its members, and the probation list. How many need to get burned before we say, "Maybe he needs to be banned?"

He's had multiple chances...I spoke to him in private weeks ago. I'm sure his friends on here have spoken to him. He's been hit once by a strike. Twice. And still not even a proper show of remorse.

I still do not agree with the process in which he was added to the HOS, but to think his consistent and recurring behavior of being belligerent and threatening physical violence deserves anything other than a ban is nonsensical at best.
