I purchased this issue from fellow board member @iggykoopa:

With the acquisition of this issue, I have realized a life long dream. I now have accumulated all the Silver Age Marvel keys. Please note - I am limiting my list to heroes only.

Here they are, in order of publication:

Fantastic Four #1
Tales to Astonish #27
Incredible Hulk #1
Journey into Mystery #83
Amazing Fantasy #15
Amazing Spider-Man #1
Tales of Suspense #39
Tales to Astonish #44
Strange Tales #110
Avengers #1
X-Men #1
Sgt. Fury and his Howling Commandos #1
Avengers #4
Daredevil #1
Fantastic Four #48
Fantastic Four #52

I started this quest by purchasing Amazing Spider-Man #1 in May, 1980. It took a little over 41 years to accomplish this. Although this may sound like I am bragging, I am quite pleased with my accomplishment.

I'm sure that there will be who will ask, "Why didn't you include <insert comic book issue>?" Although I am certainly open to suggestions, this is my list that I came up with back when I got back into collecting in late 2017.

Wow! Huge Congrats Dude!:golfclap:

I purchased this issue from Quality Comix:

To me, this issue fits the phrase, "It presents better than its grade." Most of the damage is on the back. I wish that piece wasn't missing from the front cover, but I am very satisfied with this issue.

I'm down to my last two Rogues: Showcase #13 (first appearance of Mr. Element) and Flash #139 (first appearance of Professor Zoom, the Reverse Flash).

I have to be honest - I think that TtA #44 and SC #8 are my last major purchases for the year. I have gotten some very nice issues this year. My focus now is to get us completely out of debt by the time I start drawing Social Security (April, 2023). By that time, my wife and I will be completely debt-free, and between the two of us, we will earn approximate $100K per year for just getting out of bed in the morning (thank you, IPERS and Social Security). We have a lot of traveling planned, like a trip to Egypt in March, 2022. And we certainly can still spoil our grandchildren.

Trust me, when I start drawing Social Security, I plan on purchasing a few more issues on my want list, as well as upgrading several issues in my collection. I sure hope I don't die before then. lol

Very nice copy, great score!
