Noooooo. Not even close to being that rare.

 

Most folks probably have this safely stored away in their Stevens collection. That's most probably why you hardly ever see them.

The 3d zone issue is mine, I posted that scan in a previous Dave Stevens thread. And yeah, the print run would have been low. I don't have the exact # though.

Try tracking down the preliminary sketches for that cover. That's a rare item.
