I was just looking for this book...and bought one today. Didnt even see you list it. This book is weird even today. This book would look mega cheap it you listed it for this price on ebay. Prices are all over the board on there for this issue.

Hey all, based upon my work schedule as well as Hooks' veiled threats to destroy this thread, I am not going to be able to do much to update this thread with new books. So i will total everything up and send out invoices.

 

I will also do an updated "what's still available" page, maybe with a little discountage. I will still be able to monitor the thread and ship no problem, but I just won't have the time to add any more books. Thanks, everyone.
