Can CGC grade a Dan Fogel writer's guide?

Based upon the dimensions you have provided it seems as if we would be able to encapsulate this comic using one of our magazine holders, but we won't know for sure until the book is submitted. If it cannot be graded you will be credited the grading fee on your account.
