Hi everyone,

I've got a few nice looking and reasonably priced books for sale tonight. Either dupes or sacrificial lambs for an upgrade in my collection or GA book or two.

 

Usual rules...First in PM or post gets it and trumps any other PM discussions. Shipping in US $10; Canada and elsewhere will be higher but will approximate my cost.

 

I bought all these books already slabbed so I don't know the pressing history.

First off...

 

Nice presentable copy of a Marvel key.

 

TOS 39 CGC 2.0 CR/OW pages.

 

One GPA sale in 2010 @ $895. My Price $875.

Next...guess this is BA actually but what the heck...

 

Another book bought off the boards. Always liked this cover.

 

Marvel Spotlight #5 CGC 8.0 OW/W pages

 

GPA all over the place in 2009-10 - most in $150 to $250 range.

 

I'll let it go just under my cost at $185.

FF #49 CGC 7.5 with OW/W pages; chatter around the big guy's head is on case not comic.

 

Can't go wrong with the surfer dude.

Great Surfer cover.

Last but not least...

 

IMO, one of the great early Avengers covers. I can't seem to stop buying this book.

 

Avengers 25, CGC 8.5 with White pages.

 

I set the market at $170 earlier this year...I'll save you a few bucks here.

Ok, is it just me, or does that TOS 39 look waaay better than a 2.0? What were the grading notes?

Top staple is there...

 

Visually, I think it looks great. A couple chips out (Upper right above stamp and upper left FC) and a small back cover tear along the left side by the shoes.

 

I never did call for the notes.
