No luck finding a Batman 73, how about a high grade 74?

Does anyone have a high grade 74? Could be 7.0 or up with off-white to white pages? I attached a scan of my copy. Yes it is that ugly!

I paid $400 for it which included postage and handling. It is a real nice clean book. Books in this time period are some of the most difficult to find in decent grade which is why I have been trying to upgrade as many of the copies I can. I also just bought the Batman 71 from Metropolis for $475 which I think was a steal. I attached a scan of the book so people can see what it looks like.
