Silver
Beyond the annuals, there were a bunch of 80 page giants in the Superman titles. As a kid, these were by far my favorite old comics due to their size and the fact that they had old stories. I will post a few on the non annuals. Here is the first one in Superman. I love how DC acknowledges the golden age of comics. Oh and "Ma and Dad"

Still remember being very disappointed with the sketchy pencilling, being used to Curt Swan's noble imaging!

Silver
This is probably my favorite Superman annual: I remember when I got my copy of that book it was cool to see that I had the original to one of the cover stories, and probably the most obscure reprint in the book. frozentundraguy
An 80 page giant from a couple of years later. I wonder if DC will do somthing akin to the 2000 Millenium issues in two years, to celebrate 75 years.
Silver
I seem to recall reading a lot of comics that had this book as an ad: Here is the robot Superman original story. I always enjoyed figuring out which issues were being reprinted:
frozentundraguy
Somehow I had missed Action #282. DC beat the Terminator to the punch by over 20 years (skin over steel) Not sure what Superman is thinking here. It looks to be a pretty crowded flight.
