...that sellers who sell books with undisclosed problems never seem to manage to "check their e-mail"...until, that is, you file a Paypal claim 40 days later, and then they respond the very next day....?

What would be a undisclosed problem? Like a 9.0 GLOD that went to a BLUE 9.0.
