Captain America #100, 8.5 signed by Joe Simon

Anybody have an idea of "value" for this book? I have one that I will be selling.

Last Captain America #100 I saw that sold with his sig was a restored 7.0 CGC SS with him and Stan Lee on it.. it went for $223 about 3 weeks ago...

 

The last sale of an 8.0 with just Stan went for $700 in February....

 

And the last 8.5 regular CGC book went for $425 last month with no sigs at all

 

I would imagine an unrestored 8.5 CGC SS with just him should be in the $500-$600 range at least...

 

But that depends on who is buying at the time...

 

All the price info I got is from GPA....

I JUST sold one in that exact same grade to my buddy for a little south of that range, but I knew it was a little bit of a deal. 500 to 600 is a fair price.
