OT: Peak of Sportscard (Mainly Baseball) Market

1 post in this topic

Just curious, did the peak of the "new issue" sportscard market coincide with the peak of the raw pseudo-vintage (let's say mid-60's through 1981 or so) market or did they burst at different time? Not talking about PSA 10s or any of that, just regular raw cards. Just currious what old Becketts I should look at to see that the box worth of cards I have picked up for 10 - 75 cents each over the last 2 years was at one point "worth" $20,000 or has Becketts just not bothered to drop those prices even if the market on this stuff is kindah soft.
