I totally agree with the funniest scene ever. I saw this in the theater when it came out and the whole theater was . I don't know how the actors did that scene in one take without changing the camera angle. I'm sure it took many takes but still ...

Take the Money and Run was one of the first comedies that I remember as a small child....and I loved it. I remember Woody's character playing the cello in the marching band. Hilarious.

Office Space was filmed here in Austin. The opening traffic scene is Mopac Loop 1, and is every bit as bad as the scene shows. When I used to live in south Austin yet worked in north Austin/Round Rock, it would take me forever to get home on Mopac. A true classic comedy though.

Haven't seen most of those. Anchorman had a few very funny scenes, but funniest of all time seems like quite a stretch
