These are Indonesian editions of the first three Star Wars comics. It looks like Indonesia was in a transitional phase of newsstand comic pricing back then, too: the two 1978 issues in this set are priced at 300 Rupiah while the final 1979 issue was bumped up to 400 Rupiah. Not sure if that was closer to 30¢->35¢ or 35¢->50¢

The lists are complete...there used to be numerous places online to find it, but except for a couple...er...exceptions, every regularly priced issue that came out during the two 5 month period has a price variant. 

Kazar 16 and Inhumans 5 are all 30 cent issues.
