FF 116 cgc 9.2, was soemone looking for this??

there is a nice cgc 9.2 on comiclink atm, newly listed, asking $150

Thanks. I did take a look at it and the tear(?) at the top really bothers me. Also, the lack of a back cover scan worries me too. I asked for a b/c scan of a 9.2 on ebay awhile back and I couldn't believe how much damage the book incurred and it still got a 9.2 grade.

I have it on good authority that the back cover is super clean and white. As for the tear, thats the only reason the book isn't a 9.4.
