Unless they've changed it in the last 2 weeks, I doubt that's a new label. I just got a shipment back 2 weeks ago with the normal Blue Labels.

Maybe this is the new strategy so that people will pony up for grader's notes.

 

In fact, I think a new slab design should include no writing at all. Not even the grade. You need to buy the notes for that.
