Anyone going? I'm not expecting much in the way of comics at this show, but if the guest list is worth the drive I will make the trip. I've got enough points for a free room at the nearby La Quinta, which helps.

 

You'd figure that 3 months out they could have posted some guests by now...

If anyone is thinking about going, the La Quinta in Las Colinas is nearby, clean, reasonably priced, and has a free shuttle that will take you back and forth to the convention center. Not to mention free breakfast.

Jaster-mereel and I will definitely be there on Saturday for most of the day, hope to see a few people there! It'll be interesting to see how this show draws without Stan Lee in attendance, as the other 3-4 shows I've attended at this venue have had him as the guest of honor.

I might make it on Saturday. It looks pretty epic, nonetheless. Now that they include the map of the convention floor, I'd like to see the dealer names there, too. It's still too vague to me.

Just wanted to let you guys know that Emma Bell who played Amy in the Walking Dead book and series will be making her first con appearance that I am aware of. With Danai, Laurie Holden and Emma it is a chance to get triple sigs of three rare appearances.
