Dang...I want to go to this but I'm an hour and a half out. Don't know if I would make it back in time for the super bowl. Any past attendees have any advise? If I go, this will be my first con.

Just get there early and leave a little early, its about a 1 hour drive for me so i understand.

Damn I just saw this thread after I made plans for tomorrow.. I DONT Care about the superbowl and I would love to come to this since I live in atlanta(candler park)

 

next year perhaps since ill be out of the city till after 10

That is my one problem with this show, i want to see some new dealers.

I've tried to set up at this show for a while now. It would be easy and we have family in Atlanta so we'd kill two birds with one stone.

 

I have emailed and called (left voicemails) the individuals who run this show and I never get a return phone call or email.

 

Frankly, it's rather sad how it's run and the fact that they can't even return an email speaks volumes as to how it's run. You would think they would want new faces/dealers in the room....but apparently not.

 

I won't be attending this show....

I spent 9 bucks at the show today and it was all at Finecomic's booth on 50 cent books. Really poor showing today and if it keeps going like this I am going to be done with this show as well.

My big purchases were a gas mask, tpbs and two sketches. It's been over a year since I last attended, many of the same over graded books at above guide prices.
