X-men 1st Magneto help with grade please

What an amazing cover. I don't remember seeing that one very often. Its really hard to tell the grade without the back cover. There appears to be some staining on the top right and lower left corners. I see about 6 spine creases thought he little black line. I feel like it is a shot in the dark but if the back is as white as the front I feel like it is in the 8.0 range.

7.5/8.0 if the BC has no major issues, lower if that's water damage and not just a dust shadow.

We really need a scan of the BC and slide the books down on the scanner bed so the tops aren't cropped.

It also looks like there might be a small tear on the right edge of the front cover (right at the bottom of Magneto's cape). Could just be a color-breaking wrinkle, but photo evidence like that is usually a tear.

 

Don't think it goes higher than 7.0 if that's a tear, yes?
