PGM All Top Comics 15

Hi all -- this book has a few small tears and bends, overall in decent shape for a book from 1949 except for one major issue near the top staple -- which is still attached (barely). What grade would you assign?

 

 

 

missing piece about one inch near top staple

 

tear about one inch at bottom of spine

Spine issues would limit it to a 3.5/4.0 - but nice eye-appeal.
