Looks like there might be some warping (noticeable in the bc scan), a defect common for books like this that have the cover glued on.

 

Not sure how CGC would handle that defect. I mean, it's a printing defect, but I've seen a lot of copies of Justice League of America #200 that are CGC graded 8.5 on Ebay and there doesn't look like there's anything wrong with them - so I assume they're being hit for the warping. Maybe somebody else who knows more about it can chime in.

 

If there's no ink-smudging on the back cover I would say maybe a 9.2.
