Submissions Mixing Tiers

Lets say I wanted to send in 10 Modern books and 5 Silver Age books. Can I send the lot as 10 Modern Fast Track and then 5 at Value Fast Track? Technically it is 15 books but the tiers are separate.

 

OR

 

would I have to ship 10 as Modern Fast Track and 5 as Economy Fast Track?

So, you would have to use your second option listed above.
