I agree.  The biggest issue is the spine and detached cover.  It’s not fully split, just little chunks down the spine.

Great stuff, Rip! Agreed completely on MA #12; it's the toughest one of your group. Here's my copy...would happily upgrade if the chance came up, but no luck for years now.

Congrats on such a nice looking copy. I remember getting one many years ago. I thought the price was a little aggressive but the dealers convinced me it was a tough one and I wouldn’t be sorry. He was right.

Thank you.  Yeah, it was a bit of a “beggars can’t be choosers” situation.  Although I think it’s a very nice copy, I put my money where my mouth is.  Sometimes you have to do that to get the fun comics you want.

Yep, sometimes it's better to grab one when you have the chance rather than hold out. Here's mine. Looks a lot worse than yours. Paid a little over a hundred dollars for it if I remember right. Have always wanted to upgrade but that ship has probably sailed...

Not just the cover; IMO it's the best read of the run, ESP "The Running Ghost".  I too have a copy that I've been wanting to upgrade, but don't know if that'll ever happen.  Congrats on that group; I see one issue I don't have.

Thanks for the tip. I will have to pull it out and reread it again. Here is my copy. Picked out of the $2.00 boxes at Cherokee Books in the late 1960's. @Tri-ColorBrian. I got lots of my PCH there back in the day.
