*Bronze age fan*
anyone care to list a full or almost full list of "pre hero" titles for the new collectors who may want to start collect these as i do myself. any other info as a little learning 101 for this area of collecting. I tried to make one a while back. AA, AAF 1-14 JIM 50-82 ST 67-100 ST Annual 1 SW 1-5 TOS 1-38 TTA 1-34 WOF 15-19 Some board members had different opinions. http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=6715170&fpart=502 Linky no worky. But I'd agree with that list. I sort of think of SW and WOF 15-19 as pre-pre-heros but they fit the bill. Link works for me. a The link is to page 500 of this thread. I fixed the suggestions. Would be cool if we could all agree in a list. And by removing ST # 66 I have all the comics on this list.
adamstrange
You should have subtracted ST 66 while you were at it. I would agree with that. Cover and contents are consistent with Atlas suspense genre and inconsistent with Marvel Pre-hero (no Ditko and no Kirby). I would agree with adding ST100 as well

mysterio
Well my show has already been a success. Met Dr. X, Bomber-Bob and Rick Starr, and picked up two lovely pre-heros including a nemesis book. Not much money left, but that's ok!

SW and WOF may "seem" like earlier books since they are short run series, but the fact is they came out at the same time as the rest of the books on the list. It all starts around Jan 59!
