porcupine48
Personally, I really like TTA 34 and voted for it as best. Something about that cover, a monster on your bedroom ledge, that brings out the little kid out in you. Very simple but scary. I also really like TOS 16, Metallo is Iron Man ! http://www.myslabbedcomics.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=11539&GSub=884 http://www.myslabbedcomics.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=11545&GSub=884 Ive seen several"what are your fave.." Polls and threads, and it shocks me how often tta 34 comes up! I love it,but...well if its good enough for Bob...

Monster's Lair Comics
Strange Tales 60 is my new all time fave..its so....I know a few others agree with me...still have not found a copy in the wild, not an ebayer, still have not popped that cherry. That's a tough issue. I got mine about 20 years ago, and for a while it was the only graded copy on the census.

Bomber-Bob
This auction is really worth a look. There are books and covers that are seldom, if ever, seen. Ebay seller comics4less has over 600 pre-code/code horror auctions this week. I don't ever recall this many at one time on eBay from 1 seller. comics4less horror auctions

One thing I found out though is my low ball bids held up quite well on the Marvel Tales as I won 4 of them well below my max bid. It seems by this auction that in the hierarchy of Atlas pre hero titles, MT is clearly the bottom. I hope that holds up while I can get a good run going I did over-pay on the 2 books I really wanted though and I am happy to get them
