For books in this grade range i really need better resolution scans. I think i can see a few things on the BC but can't be sure. The top open edge corner looks to have a chip about to come out. and the bottom open edge corner might have a small fold. on the FC maybe a tiny tiny tick near the upc box.

 

I am not sure the top bc corner is actually damaged so I will go with 9.6.
