Well, again I am new at this...

 

I think 4.5 because of the @1/4 piece missing from the URFC.

 

I would say 6.0 if it not missing.

 

Anyway, if it comes from Jacksonville Fl., since I live in Daytona Beach, I might go higher !!

 

But what do I know...

That's a pretty good assessment. Maybe a 4.0 IMHO....
