The dirt on the K in hulk was a smudge on the scanner.

Hard to tell because it looks like the comic's dirty but if it's from the scanner I only see some discoloration (rust?) near the top staple and the discoloration of the back cover, with general edge wear.

 

I think it's a 7.0/7.5, but again, if most of the "dirt" is the scanner not the comic it's hard to accurately grade it.

I think I am looking at a 6.5/7.0, especially with those page turning creases

on the right edge.
