I'll be sending this in and just wanted to get some opinions on it.

 

I'm not sure it that's distributors ink on the FC and BC. Also, there is a slight scrape in the middle of the BC that runs down near the bottom.

Without the stain I'd say around a 5.0/5.5, but with it I'm thinking closer to 4.0.

 

It looks more like a wicked stain than overspray, but hard to tell from a scan. I have issue with the greater leniency some have for distributor ink over other kinds of stains. If it bleeds or overlaps into the cover it's still a stain, and unlike say other markings that comics accumulate prior to sale like distributor codes and date stamps, they are always unappealing, particularly when contrasting with the surrounding inks.
