Not much defects, minor wear and what is visible in the scans.

PQ is pretty nice: OW, leaning to W.

I think dirtiness can be removed decently with some eraser work.

 

Now I must find some boardie whose birthday is July, 30 and which loves Italy!

I'd agree with 8.0. Stamp is a bit obtrusive, but balanced out somewhat by its unusualness.

Thanks evryone, I agree on a 8.0. Could be a bit better but too much spine ticks, and yes – the stamp is a bit annoying here, but most of the italian stamps are like that: they show:

 

– the import distributor‘s name ("Casa del Giornale")

– the italian price (Lire 130);

– the expected return date (July 30, 1969);

– the distibution agency location (A.G. Napoli).
