Thinking thats a small crease usually brings you down to the fine area but its so small i would say 7.0 maybe a little more even with the spine a little over lapping have seen books come back 7.5 but who knows my 2 cents!

I think maybe I would go 7.5, but what is the color loss in the upper right? manufacturing?
